We want you to be happy with your purchase. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we'll make it right. Since our products are made to order, we don’t offer returns for general preference, but we're always here to help if there's an issue.

We usually process orders within 2–4 business days. After that, your order should arrive within 7–10 business days. You'll receive a tracking number once your order ships. Please note that shipping times may be longer during holidays.
